CNC and machine tools
The robotic systems for CNC machines can be designed and developed to simultaneously serve two or more machine tools or NC machines and they can be equipped with auxiliary stations for washing, measuring, marking, quality control or other operations depending on the production needs.
The integration of our robot-guided 'DRS' vision system reduces loading time on the machine with robots by quickly and accurately locating and picking up the blank to be machined. In addition, to further reduce the cycle time and offer greater versatility to the plant, automatic gripper change systems can be provided.
The plant can be customised according to the customer's requirements and production needs, e.g. by choosing suitable part feeding or unloading systems so as not to compromise part quality.
