Subject: Information on the processing of personal data,
pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
EU Regulation No. 679 of 27 April 2016 provides for the right to the protection of personal data concerning natural persons. In compliance with this legislation, our company, which intends to process your personal data, wishes to inform you in advance, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, that such processing will be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, and accountability, as well as protection of your privacy and your rights.
We therefore provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data that we intend to carry out:

The processing is intended to allow us to contact you, following your request, to:

A) provide the requested information, prepare quotes, manage pre-contractual agreements, and for internal operational and management needs;
B) commercial/promotional purposes regarding products/services, events, and related initiatives provided by AUTOMAZIONI INDUSTRIALI SRL by mail and/or telephone, and also through automated systems (SMS, email, email marketing/newsletter);

The processing will be carried out by specifically appointed persons, using the following methods: electronic and paper-based.
The provision of your data is mandatory for the purpose referred to in point A). We therefore invite you to omit any data that is not relevant to the specific purposes for which it is provided. Failure to provide your data may make it impossible for us to contact you to provide information, including information related to products/services and for internal operational or management needs.

However, providing your data is optional for the operations referred to in point B) regarding commercial/promotional information/invitations to events/trade fairs by our company.

The parties to whom your personal data (personal and general information) may be disclosed are the following:

– parties within our company;
– external parties who may manage our company's IT systems and website;
– parties granted access to the data by law or regulation;
– other parties required by law.

The data collected for the purpose referred to in point A) will be duly retained for a maximum period of 10 years, pursuant to art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, or, pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 2, letter a), second part, of EU Regulation 2016/679, for a variable period, according to criteria for balancing legitimate corporate interests (related to tax audits, any special correspondence, such as disputes, legal aspects, statistical, production, and quality purposes). The data collected for the purposes referred to in point B) will be duly retained for a maximum period of 24 months, as provided for in point 8 of the General Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority of February 24, 2005.

The data will not be disseminated (dissemination = communication to unspecified parties).

Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 2, letters b), c), and d) of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller, you may exercise the following rights relating to the processing of your personal data:
