One of its greatest strengths is speed: it can automatically blank 2,700 pieces/hour, a 30% increase over previous hydraulic versions. Furthermore, the robot and blanking press have been fully integrated, allowing for minimal cycle times.

All machine components are adjustable for position, speed, and force control: all advantages that only electric technology can guarantee. The blanking process is therefore even more precise and completely repeatable.

The piece tilting device (patented) is also fully electric and allows you to adjust the position, speed and rotation angle.

This ensures that the parts are turned 100% correctly and thus maximizes process repeatability, avoiding interruptions or scrap. The continuity of the blanking process is also ensured by the presence of four picking conveyor belts that ensure the robot always has a part ready for picking.
