FORGING PRESSES
Robotic systems for CNC machines can be designed and developed to simultaneously serve two or more machine tools/numerical control machines and be equipped with auxiliary stations for washing, measuring, marking, quality control, or other functions depending on the needs of the production process.
The integration of our robot-guided "DRS" vision system reduces machine loading times thanks to the rapid and precise localization and gripping of the raw workpiece. Furthermore, to further reduce cycle times and provide greater system versatility, automatic gripper change systems can be provided. The system can be customized according to the customer's production requirements and needs, for example, by selecting suitable workpiece feeding or unloading systems that avoid compromising part quality.
