This is a training program that begins upon hiring the company on day one.

The project includes initial classroom training and hands-on learning: the students will be supported and mentored by highly professional company trainers and Automazioni Industriali's most experienced collaborators.

The first few months of the contract include training aimed at teaching the fundamentals of 3D design, electrical design, construction, programming, and commissioning of robotic cells.
